After an initial 15 minute 'discovery' call to confirm that our firm is a good match for your project and vice versa, we offer an hourly consultation rate which may cover general topics ranging from space planning, material selections and color schemes, to lighting, window coverings, floor coverings and general furniture arrangement. Some Clients may only require a one-time consultation to get their project up and running. Others may choose to schedule several consultations to achieve their design goals.
This phase is billed at an hourly rate of $125/hour

For more in-depth design needs, a comprehensive package will be created for your project, including design concepts, detailed furniture plans, mood boards for color and texture preferences, as well as a projected budget.

This phase is billed at a flat per-room design fee of $5 per square foot, for example: 15’ x 20' Living Room = $1,500
We offer a whole-house discount of 20%.
There are no hourly charges
for Phase Two.

This phase includes sourcing and procuring Client-approved items, obtaining quotes, placing orders, tracking/expediting, managing related subcontractors, facilitating storage arrangements, and coordinating installation.
Fees for these services are billed on a percentage mark-up basis as follows:
· 30% markup on the net price of all tangi

There are no design fees nor hourly charges for Phase Three.
